2. Return Process

  • Ship Your Item: Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.

3. Refunds

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items or if you need a different size/color (subject to availability). If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
